Create a video demonstrating a complete physical examination on a volunteer adult (18 years of age or older) participant. This video should be no longer than 15 minutes.

It is suggested that the student wear nursing scrubs and/or a lab coat. Business casual dress is also acceptable.
Video should be filmed in a private area with minimal distractions to enhance the evaluator’s ability to hear and see clearly.

You may not use notes or take notes during this assessment. State your findings within the video.
To begin the video:
Student scans area with camera to show that notes are not being used (i.e., taped to walls, on a table)
Student states in front of camera: “My name is [First and Last Name of Student] and this is my physical examination assignment for NR 305.”
