Overall, the caregivers’ worldview affects how they treat patients in a number of ways. They consider every individual to be special and deserving of utmost consideration, and they advocate for everyone’s right to autonomy and the highest standard of medical care. They are dedicated to learning throughout their careers so that they can give their patients the finest care possible.

Constitutes of the Environment

Environment refers to the location where medical treatment is given. It considers both the individuals present, their interactions, and their physical surroundings. It is possible that the setting could be a facility, community health center, the client’s home, or some other location where medical services are administered (Khan, 2021). Workers need to know they can trust one another and will be treated with dignity and fairness. The service must be developed with the user in mind. Convenience and security are prerequisites for the location itself. It is ideal if it can adapt to the person’s specific requirements and make it easier for them to acquire the medical care they require. Furthermore, they need to be capable of assuring the security and well-being of the clients in their care. Everyone in the community is expected to treat one another with kindness and consideration. They ought to give keen attention to the person’s requirements and think carefully about how to satisfy those prerequisites.

It is not a stretch to consider the setting of the actual site of care delivery. Not only does it consider the area itself but also the individuals who reside there and how they connect with one another. My View of Health

Some also believe that one’s well-being can be enhanced in this way. Nurses believe that an individual’s health reflects their physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being.  As far as they are concerned, everyone should be given a chance to realize their full potential in terms of both mental and bodily well-being. They think that everyone ought to have free access to this. They are committed to their goal of preventing disease in all its forms and fostering a culture of health. Health, in my view, is a state of total mental, physical, and cultural well-being, and they believe that all individuals have the ability to achieve this state. Moreover, I think having one would improve their health.

Illness Relation to Health

In the eyes of the nursing staff, the disease is a conflicting or unbalanced situation. A less-than-ideal level of physiological, mental, or social health. A person’s susceptibility to disease can be influenced by their genes, surroundings, lifestyle decisions, and experiences with other unwell people (Magnussen et al., 2021). According to the nursing staff, disease represents an imbalance in the body. When someone is unhappy or content in life, it can manifest in various ways, negatively impacting their physical, mental, and social health. A person’s susceptibility to disease can be influenced by their genes, surroundings, life decisions, and experiences with other unwell people. According to the nursing staff, disease represents a discordant or imbalanced state in the body. It is when someone is not in a good place health-wise, physically, emotionally, or socially. A person’s susceptibility to disease can be influenced by their genes, surroundings, choices in life, and experiences with other unwell people.

Nursing Leaders

Leaders in the nursing profession can assist each other in methods that foster thriving in a few different manners. They may tailor their services to each patient specifically. They can encourage their staff to pursue education throughout their careers to ensure that their patients always receive the highest standard of treatment. Nurse managers can assist others in manners that encourage human well-being by providing person-centered care, cultivating a secure and encouraging workplace, and encouraging continuous education.
